According to Wiktionary, snark is a contraction of snide and remark. The Urban Dictionary calls it a witty mannerism, personality, or behavior that is a combination of sarcasm and cynicism. Usually accepted as a complimentary term, snark is sometimes mistaken for a snotty or arrogant attitude. So feel free to come join us, but read our guidelines before jumping in.
